Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £60,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance
The Role:
- Reporting to the Managing Director, managing mechanical packages on high-quality residential projects.
- Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, cost, and programme deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinating with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Attending site surveys, progress meetings, and client meetings as required.
- Monitoring site progress, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
- Managing procurement, cost control, and programme schedules.
- Preparing and presenting progress and financial reports to senior management and clients.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the supply chain.
- Typical working hours: 8:30am – 5pm

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on residential projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services, project delivery, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
