Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: £60,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance

The Role:

• Reporting to the Managing Director, managing mechanical packages on high-quality residential projects.
• Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, cost, and programme deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinating with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Attending site surveys, progress meetings, and client meetings as required.
• Monitoring site progress, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Managing procurement, cost control, and programme schedules.
• Preparing and presenting progress and financial reports to senior management and clients.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the supply chain.
• Typical working hours: 8:30am – 5pm

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on residential projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services, project delivery, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
