Mechanical Project Manager
Location: West Central London Salary: £47,300 per annum + excellent benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 35 hrs/week

About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring programme, budget, and health & safety compliance. You’ll liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to minimise disruption and maintain operational continuity.
Key aspects
- Supervise projects via audits and progress checks.
- Coordinate with Building & Facilities staff and contractors.
- Monitor programme vs progress; implement trials as needed.
- Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage minor mechanical projects: planning, specification, scheduling, procurement.
- Liaise with stakeholders to minimise disruption.
- Monitor progress vs programme/budget; report to Technical Manager.
- Ensure health & safety compliance; audit risk assessments/method statements.
- Support long-term planning and energy‑saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Building Services.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, BMS, CDM regulations.
- Project Management: Proven ability to deliver on time/budget; excellent organisation.
- Problem‑Solving: Systematic approach for safe, cost‑effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong written/verbal skills for reports and stakeholder updates.
