Mechanical Technician - Leading Distribution Business

Salary: £62,500 (+ Bonus up to 10% = Circa £6000)

Shift: Panama - 2s and 3s (Days and Nights)

Location: London Gateway Port, Stanford-le-Hope

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading distribution business at London Gateway Port. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems within a large-scale logistics facility.

Qualifications
  • Recognised mechanical qualification (Min NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3)
  • Experience with mechanical maintenance, installations, and fault-finding
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
  • Experience working with cranes, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and bearings
  • MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING AT HEIGHTS
