• Willingness to pursue a Refrigeration qualification.

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + OTE £45,000 + 2k Call Out Bonus + Training + Qualifications + Overtime.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) of mechanical aspects of all cold storage machinery.
• Work within an Electrically Biased team to ensure the continued operation of all chillers.
• Follow the PPM schedule and record maintenance activities.
• Participate in the on‑call rota (one in every three weeks).
• Work Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with overtime at 1.5× and 2× for Sundays.

Qualifications & Skills

• Mechanical engineering or equivalent background with experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse or Cold Storage.
• Familiarity with PLC, hydraulics and fault‑finding on refrigeration equipment.
• Willingness to pursue a Refrigeration qualification.

Training & Overtime

Training on equipment and refrigeration will be provided, with the opportunity to earn a qualification. Ample overtime opportunities are offered, including 1.5× overtime and 2× on Sundays.
