Overview

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on Heating & Air-Conditioning Systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with service level agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Heating & Air-Conditioning systems to exceed expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with L8 standards for Evaporative Cooling and Domestic Water Systems.
  • Diagnose and repair plant faults swiftly to maintain serviceability.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and ensure safe working practices.
  • Foster strong working relationships with CBRE and client staff.
  • Promote a safe, healthy, and professional working environment.
Qualifications
  • Solid basic education with strong English and Maths skills.
  • Formal training in mechanical services maintenance.
  • Health & safety training (desirable).
  • Familiarity with building management systems (advantageous).
Experience
  • Maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, and cooling towers.
  • Understanding of health & safety in maintenance.
  • Experience on client-resident sites (desirable).
  • Certification in Evaporative Cooling Systems (desirable).

Availability
