  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop briefs, produce specifications, and manage procurement.
  • Support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of safety and quality.

Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in building services?

Do you want to take on a vital contract role supporting a large and complex site, managing projects and ensuring compliance?

We're working with a leading organisation in Exeter that is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their estates team on an 8‑10 month contract. This is an immediate requirement to provide hands‑on technical expertise and contractor management, bridging a critical gap within the team.

The Role
