What You'll Be Doing

• Taking the lead on mechanical building services design - from concept to completion.
• Producing practical designs for HVAC, hot & cold water, and drainage/waste systems.
• Using Revit MEP / BIM tools to coordinate designs with architects and structural teams.
• Supporting tenders with design input, costings, and value engineering ideas.
• Solving problems on site - providing technical advice when queries arise.
• Collaborating daily with a supportive team of engineers, contractors, and consultants.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in mechanical building services design (HVAC, plumbing, waste/drainage).
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD or other BIM-based tools.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations & CIBSE guidelines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• A self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team and taking ownership of projects.
