Qualifications

  • Mechanical / Electrical construction industry experience at a supervisory / managerial level.
  • Hold a recognised mechanical and electrical qualification.
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use personal initiative.
  • Experience of BREEAM and/or Design and Build would be advantageous.

  • Ensure that O&M manuals handed over at completion are of an acceptable standard.
  • Manage the M&E contractor design portions with the supply chain.
  • Be involved in the M&E Design & Build process.

Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with divisions in Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Retail, Housing and Maintenance. We employ over 250 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland. We now have an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Manager to join the business.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Project Teams to effectively manage M&E service packages.

This is a full-time permanent position, and successful candidates can be based either from our Paisley head office or our Edinburgh Office in Newbridge. Travel to and from sites and client meetings will be required.
