Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – West London - Single Man site – Immediate start - £49,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a M&E Engineer to be based in a commercial building based West London. The site is a distinctive, modern office designed as a vibrant hub. The site includes two recording studios, a cafe/performance space in the atrium, and a reception area used for artist showcases. The site offers bars for socialising after work, a restaurant for you to eat great food and refuel for the day. The building has 6 floors.

The successful candidate can be electrically or mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance.

Key duties & responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
  • Diagnose faults, troubleshoot M&E equipment, and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Supervise maintenance works, contractors, and technicians to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct inspections, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and asset life.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements during all maintenance activities.
  • Conduct Fabric duties such as, changing taps, sinks, blockages, flushing.
Requirements
  • Electrically or Mechanically qualified - NVQ Level 3
  • City & Guilds - 18th Edition
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Have to be very client facing.
  • someone who is comfortable with all building maintenance's
