Job description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and electrical Engineer with a solid understanding of electrical systems to join a team delivering maintenance services within the hospitality sector.

Mechanical Engineer (with Electrical Knowledge)
Location: Around High Wycombe and surrounding areas
Type: Permanent
Salary: £35k – £40k plus benefits

The Role
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across hospitality sites
Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards
Communicate clearly with onsite teams to minimise disruption
Keep accurate records of all work using internal systems

Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
Working knowledge of electrical systems (17th/18th Edition preferred)
Previous experience in commercial or hospitality environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence (if mobile role)
