A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Cancer Navigator to ensure efficient coordination of cancer pathways and track patient care effectively. This full-time role involves managing administrative duties, ensuring compliance with cancer waiting time standards, and providing support for outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional planning and organisational skills, capable of working collaboratively within teams. The Navigator will ensure that Cancer pathways are coordinated efficiently and effectively, patient pathways are actively tracked to meet cancer waiting time standards, supporting the production of evidence and data for National Peer Review, Trust finances and medical publication. The post-holder will also deliver wide-ranging support to the management to ensure the effective running of clinics. The post holder will be the initial contact for patients coming to the department and visitors to the Royal Surrey County Hospital and therefore, be responsible for providing a welcoming, professional and courteous environment.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Max Facs & Ortho clinic co‑ordinator and cancer navigator with excellent interpersonal skills and a calm and methodical approach to provide a full range of administrative assistance to the Maxillofacial & Orthodontic department. This is a permanent full‑time contract working 37.5 hours per week. The role will include a full range of administrative duties to support consultants and their team. We are looking for someone that can manage their own workload, demonstrate efficient organisation skills and who can work collaboratively within the team.
