Maths Teacher
Location: Northampton
Start Date: September 2025 Full-Time Permanent

We are partnering with several inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Northampton, who are seeking talented and enthusiastic Maths Teachers to join their teams from September 2025. These full-time, permanent roles offer the opportunity to teach in well-led, high-performing departments where your growth and student success go hand in hand.

About the Role:

  • Teach engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available for suitable candidates)

  • Support students in developing problem-solving skills, numerical fluency, and a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts

  • Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners

  • Contribute to enrichment activities such as Maths clubs, STEM challenges, and numeracy initiatives

  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development

We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Maths teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

  • Strong curriculum knowledge and an ability to make Mathematics engaging and accessible

  • A commitment to high standards, inclusive practice, and continuous improvement

  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with students

  • A team player with a proactive and reflective mindset

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply-comprehensive induction and mentoring will be provided.
