Maths Teacher - Long-Term Role - Halifax

Halifax | Full-time | Immediate start | £140-£200/day (DOE)

We’re teaming up with a welcoming secondary school in Halifax who are looking for a passionate Maths Teacher ready to spark curiosity and build confidence in the classroom. This isn’t a stop-gap role, it’s the chance to settle in, bring your ideas and make a lasting difference to young people’s learning journeys.

Responsibilities

• Teaching engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 optional)
• Breaking down tricky concepts into clear, accessible learning
• Using creative strategies to build confidence and motivation in Maths
• Creating a positive, structured classroom where every student feels supported
• Tracking progress and working with colleagues to celebrate achievements

What we’re looking for

• QTS (or equivalent) with a specialism in Maths
