• Calculate backload requirements and monitor short shelf-life products daily.
• Confirm purchase order receipts and arrange frozen stock storage.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
• Provide cover for colleagues during absence and take on additional tasks when required.
