Are you ready to dive into an exciting role where you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch customer service for one of AJW’s largest contracts? If you're driven by excellence and thrive in exceeding service levels, then this opportunity is for you!

The working hours are a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off 0700-1900 and includes a shift allowance of £3,000.

What you’ll be doing:

• Spearheading the global distribution of aircraft component materials
• Navigating the procurement process for aircraft component materials
• Maintaining inventory levels within contractual agreements
• Initiates team decision-making on transactions and escalates issues to internal and external management
• Participate in departmental projects
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Management of orders against expected timeframes and resolving queries efficiently

• While previous account management experience and forecasting skills are a plus, they're not essential
