You will engage early in the design phase, conducting assessments, facilitating workshops, and supporting solution validation through proof of concept activities and training. During the build and test phases, you will guide configuration, assist with testing, and help prepare business teams for successful solution adoption. In the deploy phase, you will lead workforce preparation, support go‑live and hypercare activities, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system for end‑users. This role is based in either our London or Manchester office, with a hybrid working policy.
