Are you passionate about aviation and skilled in procurement? Join our dynamic team as a Materials Buyer, where you'll play a critical role in supporting aircraft maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) through strategic sourcing and supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities


Procure aircraft parts, materials, and consumables from approved suppliers.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations (EASA, FAA) and internal quality standards.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and supplier contracts to optimize cost and performance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to maintain optimal stock.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet material needs.
Track and expedite orders to meet operational deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, certifications, and supplier performance.
Support audits and inspections with full documentation and traceability.
Identify and onboard new suppliers in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Resolve delivery, invoice, and quality discrepancies.

Required Skills & Experience


Proven experience in aviation or aerospace procurement/supply chain.
Strong knowledge of aircraft parts, ATA chapters, and MRO operations.
Familiarity with aviation regulations (EASA Part 145, FAA).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (Quantum, SAP, AMOS).
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
