Location: Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol

Contract Type: Casual / Zero Hours

Pay: £15.27 per hour (plus 12.07% Casual Holiday Pay)

Job Summary

Join our team at Ashton Gate Stadium, the premier venue in the Southwest. We’re proud to host up to 27,000 fans for Bristol City and Bristol Bears games, along with major concerts and community events. We’re creating 650 new jobs in the region and are seeking polished, confident, and people‑focused SIA professionals to deliver VIP guest experiences in our exclusive hospitality suites and executive areas.

This role is ideal for those with strong customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a calm, composed manner under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to VIP guests and corporate clients.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation in hospitality lounges and private suites.
  • Check access credentials and guide guests with courtesy and confidence.
  • Uphold stadium safety and security protocols in a discreet, professional way.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues calmly and effectively.
  • Support emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
Requirements
  • Door Supervisor SIA licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Immaculate personal presentation (suit attire required).
  • Strong customer service background (hospitality or event experience ideal).
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Available for match days, including evenings and weekends.
