You are the "translator" who ensures that technology investments solve actual business problems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Discovery & Management
  • Lead workshops with marketing stakeholders to capture business requirements for new tools or features (e.g., Lead Scoring, Attribution, or Personalisation).
  • Translate high‑level business needs into detailed User Stories, Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Process Maps.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritised based on business value and technical feasibility.
2. Platform & System Integration
  • Analyse how data moves between core systems like HubSpot/Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Document data mapping requirements for API integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to sunset redundant tools and consolidate the tech stack.
3. Data Governance & Analytics
  • Define data standards to ensure high quality for lead routing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Monitor system health and performance, ensuring that "Table Stakes" (GDPR) are met.
4. Testing & Deployment (UAT)
  • Define Acceptance Criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the technical solution meets the business's original intent.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs before a "Go‑Live" event.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience, ideally with at least 2 years specifically within a Marketing or Digital environment.
  • Familiarity with the Lead‑to‑Revenue lifecycle and platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Basic understanding of SQL (for data querying) and APIs (how systems talk to each other).
  • Proficiency in Jira/Confluence or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Exceptional communication ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders (e.g., a Brand Manager).
