You’ll be joining our central Global Proposition and Campaigns Team. While the team's overall scope covers multi-market global campaigns, this role will focus specifically on driving compelling marketing campaigns for the UK and Ireland (UKI) markets. Your core focus will see you, managing the process from local customer insights and strategy through to final market activation working with creative, media and promotional teams to do so. You will report to the Head of Global Propositions and UKI Campaigns and be part of a centre of excellence for end to end campaign development.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is the critical link between our Global Campaign strategy and local UKI market execution, while also holding the reins on significant UK-only marketing initiatives. You will act as the voice of the UKI consumer and market in global planning forums ensuring local market needs and orientation is understood. You must ensure all activity delivers demonstrable impact. A core function of this role is establishing clear measurement frameworks and meticulously capturing key learnings to inform continuous improvement in our largest and most established market.
