We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Loyalty Data Planner to join our Customer & Loyalty team. The role will be pivotal in leading a team to drive data-led planning, reporting, and optimisation of our loyalty programme. By turning customer insights into actionable strategies, the Loyalty Data Planner will ensure that offers, campaigns, and experiences are tailored to customer behaviour, delivering stronger engagement, retention, and sales growth.
This position follows a 5 day working week, 3 days office based.

Desirable experience includes working within retail, grocery, or consumer-facing loyalty programmes, knowledge of offer engines, personalisation platforms, and marketing automation tools, understanding of CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), retention metrics, and loyalty KPIs, and experience with A/B testing and statistical modelling.
