Overview

As a Marketing Manager for F&F, you will lead the development and execution of marketing plans for F&F clothing, drive customer engagement, and achieve commercial objectives. Accountable for working with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns and marketing initiatives across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Clothing marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader Tesco brand objectives and customer insights.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including TV, radio, DOOH, digital, social media, in‑store, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with Product and Buying teams to create campaigns that highlight key product ranges, seasonal launches, and promotions.
  • Work closely with the Social Media and Content teams to ensure a cohesive tone of voice and brand presence across all platforms.
  • Oversee the production of marketing assets, managing timelines, budgets, and creative outputs to ensure high‑quality delivery.
  • Utilize customer insights and data to inform strategy, refine messaging, and optimise campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Media Planning team to develop media plans that balance reach, engagement and ROI, ensuring efficient allocation of budgets.
  • Coordinate with PR and Influencer Marketing teams to amplify campaigns through earned media and partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
