Overview

Are you a strategic B2B marketer ready to lead impactful campaigns and drive growth?

I am currently recruiting for a leading Financial Service business who are now recruiting for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join them on a 13 Month fixed term Maternity Cover role.

You will take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution. You'll play a vital role in generating leads, promoting their brand, and supporting sales growth through a blend of digital and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Drive lead generation through multi-channel campaigns, events, and content marketing.
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing Executive to deliver measurable results.
  • Support the sales team with marketing collateral and targeted initiatives.
  • Oversee brand consistency, external communications, and PR.
  • Report on marketing performance to senior leadership.
  • Manage relationships with third-party marketing providers and agencies.
About You
  • Proven success in a B2B marketing role, ideally with leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
  • Commercially aware with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using marketing automation tools (e.g., Spotler or similar).
  • Creative, hands-on, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Experience
  • Content creation (blogs, social media, email campaigns, PR).
  • SEO/PPC, website management, and analytics (Google Analytics, SE Ranking).
  • Video production and design for sales materials.
  • Event planning and campaign management.
