A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover role in Thame, Oxford. Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager on a fixed term contract for an automotive company in Thame, Oxford.

The company are a leading provider of insurance and warranties into the automotive market.

This stand‑alone Marketing Manager role will give you the opportunity to lead all marketing activities across the UK, manage external agencies, and drive strategic reporting, all while ensuring brand consistency and quality.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and working closely with all internal stakeholders and the commercial teams to enhance and drive customer relationships.

12-Month Maternity Cover to start on the 5th January 2026. The role will be office based until probation when the role will become hybrid.

Responsibilities & day to day duties

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for :

  • Coordinate all marketing activities across the UK using both traditional and digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in delivering the annual budget, planning content, and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of branding across all media to drive awareness and communication objectives.
  • Manage all communications and branding efforts.
  • Oversee external agencies to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
