The client is a leading investment management firm specializing in funds and tax-efficient products. They are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager with experience in the investment management sector to take on an exciting opportunity to own the Tax Marketing plan.

Job Description
Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role
  • Own the tax marketing strategy.
  • Execute and implement content and email marketing strategies across all relevant platforms.
  • Identify the needs of new and existing customers and develop plans accordingly.
  • Serve as a key marketing contact, building strong relationships with the product, sales, and investment teams, providing marketing support, and preparing necessary tools (content, presentations, reports, factsheets).
  • Develop initiatives to enhance customer education and engagement, including managing events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Digital teams to support online visibility, including paid advertising, SEO, and content creation.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular insights and reports.
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in investments, financial services, or a regulated industry. Experience with tax-efficient investments is preferred.
  • Marketing automation experience.
  • Boldness to test, learn, and innovate, especially around content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Critical questioning and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
  • High organization skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
