The Ivy Asia has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic right hand to the Marketing Director. You will take ownership of the annual marketing calendar, driving revenue through high-impact brand activations, strategic partnerships, and data-driven digital campaigns. You will move beyond "business as usual" marketing to create "must-visit" moments, whether that's a headline-grabbing Lunar New Year installation or an exclusive late-night partnership with a luxury spirits brand.

Key Responsabilities
  • Strategy and Commercial Commerciality: 360 degrees campaign management, budget ownership, performance analysis, local marketing analysis
  • Brand Activations & Partnerships: lead the concept and delivery of major calendar moments, Identify and secure collaborations with like-minded luxury brands, oversee the marketing for exclusive launch parties, DJ nights, and influencer dinners
  • Digital & Communications: strategic guidance of the social media channels, ensuring content reflects the high-energy, immersive nature of the brand, drive retention through segmented email marketing campaigns that reward loyalty and encourage repeat visits, work closely with external PR agencies to maximize press coverage for new menu launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: manage and mentor junior marketing executives/assistants, fostering a culture of creativity and commercial awareness, act as the primary bridge between Marketing and Operations/General Managers, ensuring that marketing promises are operationally feasible and communicated effectively to floor staff
Key Experience
  • 5+ years in Marketing, preferably within Premium Hospitality, Nightlife, or Luxury Lifestyle sectors. Experience with late-night/entertainment venues is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience writing annual marketing plans and managing substantial budgets.
  • You understand P&Ls, cover counts, and how marketing directly impacts the bottom line.
  • A "black book" of contacts in the luxury, drinks, or events industry is highly desirable.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and embody the vibrant spirit of The Ivy Asia
