Job description

I am delighted to be working exclusively with this iconic heritage streetwear brand, as they get ready to relaunch in early 2026.

I'm looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead their comeback — someone culturally fluent, strategically sharp, and genuinely embedded in the worlds of streetwear and youth culture.

What You'll Do
  • Lead influencer and talent partnerships — building a network of creators, insiders, and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage content and campaign delivery across social, e-commerce, and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce shoots and storytelling that move culture forward.
  • Plan and deliver pop-ups, events, and partnerships that make real impact.
  • Oversee OOH, media, and seeding programmes to grow reach and awareness.
  • Track KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure everything lands on time, on brand, and on vibe.
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years' experience in fashion, sportstyle, or youth culture marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the streetwear ecosystem.
  • Passion for UK rap, sneakers, outerwear, and the culture that connects them.
  • Proven record in influencer and social-first campaigns.
  • Skilled in partnerships, events, and creative production.
  • Organised, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.

The role offers hybrid working from their East London studio, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
