We’re looking for a dynamic & hands‑on Marketing Manager to support the growth of The Ashley Centre and Angel Central - two retail destinations undergoing exciting transformation, from major refurbishments and new anchor lettings to curated brand introductions and community‑led activations.

If you love campaign delivery, retail environments, and marketing that genuinely shapes the way people experience a place, this role sits right at the heart of it.

What You’ll Lead On
  • Deliver on‑site campaigns, seasonal activations and centre events
  • Collaborate with digital, PR and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Manage centre marketing collateral, POS and promotional assets
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and support them through campaigns
  • Gather sales insights & customer feedback to shape future activity
  • Engage local communities, partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversee centre communication channels including Mallcomm, etc.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in retail marketing, brand, or destination environments
  • Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation and project coordination
  • A creative mindset with commercial awareness
  • Confidence working across two very different but complementary destinations
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (CRM, social scheduling, CMS, email platforms, etc.)
