Salary: Up to £40,800 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Based in: Covent Garden, London

The Royal Ballet and Opera continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. Our Covent Garden theatre has been at the heart of London and British cultural life for three centuries. We are home to two world-class Companies: The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera.

While our Covent Garden theatre is the nerve centre, the impact and influence of the organisation can be felt in every corner of the country, and around the world.

The Royal Ballet and Opera’s Audiences and Commercial division play a vital role in the success of the Royal Ballet and Opera, driving income for the organisation, telling our story and encouraging people engage with us.

A key department is our Marketing and Sales who are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join the team and take ownership overpromoting public offers, building positiveperceptionof our brand and diversifying ouraudiences, all to which will help drive revenues.

Key responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong track record of delivering multichannel marketing campaigns, with good knowledge of advertising principles, channels and best practice.
  • Drive and motivation to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to analyse and optimise campaigns and sales performance to drive efficiency and translate insight into action.
  • Creative approach to campaign development and problem solving, looking outside the box to meet our campaign objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective relationship management skills.
  • Strong planning, project and progress management skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
