Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilise the CRM system to ensure potential and new leads are accurately processed and that the customer database is maintained.
  2. Maintain relevant databases, ensuring all leads are triaged correctly within the business.
  3. Manage and maintain lead generation platforms for marketing campaign delivery and management.
  4. Work with the marketing team to develop a full range of marketing collateral.
  5. Plan, manage, and deliver omni-channel campaigns to the target market.
  6. Research industry and technology trends that drive digital performance.
  7. Write engaging and informative blog content and press releases.
  8. Create relationships with local associations, exhibition, and press organizations.
  9. Book and manage industry events and exhibitions.
  10. Sourcing advertising opportunities and liaising with industry publications.
  11. Help write and distribute press releases, liaising with media stakeholders.
  12. Create enticing website content, exploring new ideas.
  13. Create forward-thinking campaigns and monitor their performance.
  14. Reach out to satisfied customers for testimonials and reviews.
  15. Work closely with the design team on various projects.
  16. Organize and attend trade shows.
  17. Write and proofread copy for print and digital materials.
  18. Run social media campaigns, create engaging content, and schedule posts.
  19. Be actively involved in SEO efforts and help manage Google Ads account.
  20. Monitor campaign progress and report on performance.
  21. Collaborate on ABM and prospecting strategies.
  22. Work with the sales and marketing team to maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
  23. Generate high-quality website traffic and drive digital conversions.
  24. Bring new, exciting, and creative ideas.
  25. Ensure brand consistency and improvement.
  26. Achieve service outcomes and personal targets as set by the line manager.
  27. Demonstrate commitment to Klipboard’s core values: People, Teamwork, Innovation, Quality, Excellence, and Customer focus.
  28. Provide services in accordance with high-quality standards and legal requirements.
  29. Carry out duties respecting Data Protection Act and health and safety legislation.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  1. At least 3+ years in a marketing executive or assistant role.
  2. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  3. Good teamwork skills.
  4. Strong written and communication skills.
  5. Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills.
  6. Knowledge and experience with SEO and PPC.
  7. Interest and knowledge of social media.
  8. Ability to report on campaign effectiveness.
  9. Good research and presentation skills.
  10. Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
  11. Relevant industry knowledge is desirable.
  12. BSc/BA in marketing, business, or relevant discipline.
  13. Experience with marketing tools such as Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM.
  14. Knowledge of SaaS ERP or business IT systems.
