On behalf of iDEALS UK PACKAGING Limited, we are delighted to extend to you an offer of employment for the full-time position of Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and measure the success of an annual integrated marketing and communications plan that supports our strategic objectives for business development.
- Act as the primary brand guardian, ensuring all marketing collateral, communications, and customer-facing materials are consistent with our brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis and customer segmentation, to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Manage and optimise our digital footprint, including the company website, social media channels, and create and manage advertising campaigns on our e-commerce platforms, i.e, Amazon marketplace, eBay, and Etsy. Launch our brand onto new e-commerce platforms such as TikTok.
- Design and execute sophisticated email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, promotional newsletters, and segmented customer communications to drive direct bookings and repeat business.
- Oversee a dynamic social media strategy, including content calendar creation, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and management of paid social advertising campaigns to maximise ROI (Return On Investment).
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, providing detailed monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, web analytics, and ROI.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring all activities are delivered within agreed-upon financial parameters.
- Utilise data to make informed decisions and pivot strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar Marketing and Business Development, Field Sales role would be desirable.
- Proven track record of hitting targets and winning business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
