As our new Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing campaign activity across the annual plan, ensuring messaging and creative highlight our key brand differentiators to customers against our competitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Titan Marketing Manager and Head of Travel Marketing in the development of the annual marketing plan for Titan Touring.
- Facilitating and orchestrating the successful application of the Campaign Delivery Process to plan, shape, create and deliver best‑in‑class marketing communications cross‑channel in an organised, timely and effective manner.
- Leading the coordination of relevant stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Digital & Trade teams, including running marketing planning and delivery meetings to provide ongoing clarity on roles, actions, timelines and dependencies.
- Working with the wider marketing team to plan and execute a fit‑for‑purpose content strategy through all channels to inspire, entertain, educate and convince key target cohorts to choose Titan.
- Proactively collaborating with CRM, Digital & Trade teams to design and create seamless customer journeys and content throughout campaigns to ensure customers have the best experience.
- Supporting the CRM and Digital teams with continued and extended Test & Learn application across all activity, adopting best practice.
- Working with the CRM, Digital and external Media teams to ensure all activity is tracked, reported on and collated into a single view of the Campaign results, to monitor efficiency and effectiveness.
- Campaign briefing and creative sign‑off including main campaigns four times a year.
- Working alongside the CRM team on email creative and proposition, to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- Working with the insight team to test creative and messaging to different customer cohorts to keep communications fresh and relevant.
- Exploring new partnership opportunities and helping to manage the agency relationships, sharing content across all channels and managing the promotional plan.
- Representing and promoting the company at internal and external meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows as required.
You will be an experienced marketer with multi‑channel experience, including a marketing qualification, and experience in a large consumer‑facing organisation. Working within the travel industry would be advantageous.

Role Context
As part of the Travel Marketing team this role will support the Marketing Manager for Titan Travel and the wider Travel marketing team in delivering the Marketing Communications plan effectively across multiple channels to meet the business’s demand and sales targets. You will orchestrate the planning and delivery of cross‑channel marketing campaigns in line with business targets, driving continued improvement in ways of working and optimisation of marketing collateral and messaging.
This role requires you to work from our Folkestone office a minimum of three times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business to collaborate and share success as a function.
