Summary

We're looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead our clients international events and digital engagement programs, directly contributing to global marketing campaigns and high-profile events. This role blends creative planning with logistical coordination, supporting trade shows, conferences, webinars, and professional industry relationships worldwide. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Run Global Events: Organise trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and a professional brand presence. Handle bookings, travel arrangements, materials, and on‑site coordination.
  • Lead Digital Engagement: Manage webinars and virtual sessions, from scheduling and content creation to technical setup and post‑event follow‑up. Use insights from previous sessions to improve engagement and reach.
  • Strengthen Industry Connections: Oversee memberships and engagement with professional associations. Identify speaking opportunities, award submissions, and collaborative initiatives to boost visibility and credibility.
  • Support Broader Marketing Activities: Assist with campaigns, social media, and digital communications. Track budgets, timelines, and outcomes to ensure initiatives are effective and well‑organised.
  • Analyse and Report: Measure performance for events and campaigns, using data to make informed recommendations and improve future activities.
