Due to extensive growth in the last 12 months my Client is looking for a Marketing Executive. This is a new role so there will be a healthy mix of the creative aspects as well as the administration side of the business and there is a real tangible opportunity to make your own mark and drive your ideas forward.

You will be instrumental in managing their website content & creating and developing a company social media strategy working across multiple marketing activities including events, promotions, direct mail and campaigns to name a few.

In short, we are looking for the creation and publication of industry-based content and ad campaigns.

Training on specific industry knowledge will of course be available, and as the company grows we anticipate the role developing over time too.

This new internal role is driven by winning new business, and growing existing business across our broad range of clients. Our Sales and Account Management teams’ relationships with key accounts are second to none and we’re excited to be in the position to hire a marketer to support this vital business area.

The ideal candidate will provide marketing leadership supporting the Sales and Account Management teams. They will think creatively about B2B delivery to ensure we engage our clients and customers and lay the groundwork for ongoing sales.

Requirements

We are looking for:

  • At least 2‑3 years of demonstrable experience developing strategies and delivering integrated B2B marketing plans to meet company targets.
  • Experience working across multiple channels and sectors, demonstrating strong thinking with clear approaches to the parking sector as well as strategies that work across multiple channels which have subtly different needs and decision criteria; and ability to adapt materials between sectors and channels.
  • Proven experience of conceiving, running, and reporting marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience developing, scheduling and launching campaigns to find leads, and create interest, awareness and engagement.
  • Work with Sales to evaluate which industry events to attend as delegates or exhibitors and to secure the best outcome for the Company at each event. This to include the creation and organisation of the stand and supporting sales collateral and post event review.
  • Desire to work closely with, and develop respectful, productive and enjoyable relationships with, colleagues in Sales, Account Management and the wider team
