West Ham United Football Club have an exciting opportunity available to come and join as a Marketing Executive. This role sits at the heart of the Marketing department, supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of key campaigns while helping bring our biggest annual moments to life.
This is perfect for a candidate driven by the challenge of ensuring campaigns are devised, developed and executed to a best‑in‑class level across email, SMS and wide channels across ticketing, hospitality, retail and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving the club forward and have a strong knowledge of the football industry and new trends. They will also be an independent thinker who is constantly pushing for new and innovative ways of ensuring success.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for helping to devise, develop and deliver best‑in‑class marketing campaigns across key Club areas including:
- Ticketing
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Partnerships
You’ll play a key role in executing campaigns across email, SMS and wider digital channels, ensuring every supporter touchpoint reflects the West Ham United brand and ambition.
Working closely with Marketing Managers and wider Club departments, you’ll help take campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring consistency, creativity and impact throughout.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with the day‑to‑day marketing needs of the Club
- Deliver marketing campaigns, primarily email, both collaboratively and independently
- Lead on marketing campaigns for key milestone events alongside Marketing Managers
- Generate new campaign ideas through competitor analysis, industry trends and creative thinking
- Produce first‑level copywriting and campaign materials ahead of management review
- Drive continuous improvement across campaign design, copy, segmentation and processes
- Liaise with designers and external agencies, managing creative briefs and delivery
