A dynamic trade association is seeking a proactive Marketing & Events Assistant in Gainsborough, UK. Location: Gainsborough, with travel required across the UK, (flexible working available subject to agreement following probation).
Reports to: Marketing & Events Manager
The Road Safety Markings Association (RSMA) is one of the largest specialist trade bodies in the Highways sector and plays a pivotal role in the development of the UK road marking industry.
We are a small, dynamic trade association dedicated to representing and supporting our members through advocacy, networking, events, and communications. With a collaborative team environment, we provide opportunities for learning, growth, and meaningful contribution to the industry.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in marketing, communications, and events while working across a broad range of activities. The role will involve event organisation, member communications, digital content creation, and administrative support.
The successful candidate will play an active role in delivering our events and campaigns, including attending and supporting events away from home (some overnight stays required) and occasionally giving presentations to members and stakeholders.
