About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, with a focus on hands-on experience setting up campaigns and working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through automated marketing strategies.

What you will be doing
  • Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder and other marketing automation tools
  • Create and manage email marketing assets for sync to SFMC
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with business objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on marketing automation tools and processes
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to marketing automation platforms and integrations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develop and maintain documentation of marketing automation processes and procedures on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and best practices
What you need to be great in this role
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on hands-on experience setting up campaigns
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, including lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and demand generation
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo
  • Experience with Knak, the no code email and landing page creation platform
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Experience with WhatsApp campaign management tools such as Jumper
  • Certification in marketing automation, such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Specialist
