Overview

Keystone Property Finance is an established buy to let lender with a strong brand identity and with many years’ experience in the UK mortgage market.

Keystone Property Finance are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive team player.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a marketing role, be an effective communicator and have experience using Microsoft and Adobe systems. They will be ambitious for personal development and learning, with strong inter-personal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the marketing strategy
• Responsible for larger event preparations (organising all items for the stand with the outsourced exhibition company)
• Organise all external gifting from initial ideas through to delivery.
• Responsible for marketing literature library and maintenance of literature
• Create document artwork (product guides, leaflets, business cards, website documents)
• Research sourcing and ordering branded merchandise
• Create and maintain the branded merchandise stocktake sheet
• Update event ROI tracker with event data/costs
• Central contact for literature & branded goods for the sales team
• Research and create all business awards entries alongside our external PR agency
• Manage all internal events, including the annual activity day and winter party

People and Process Related Tasks

• Liaising with other departments to help the creation of documents and content
• Produce artwork and distribute to relevant parties in a timely manner
• Ensure all marketing documents are signed off by the internal approval committee before being sent out

Skills, Qualification, and experience

• Experience within a marketing role or relevant internship/work placement
• Good IT skills across marketing related packages particularly Adobe Suites
• Proficient with Microsoft (outlook, excel, word)
• Good copywriting skills and being able to adapt to the company’s tone of voice
• The ability to work well under pressure, independently and as part of a team
• Creative flair and experience in creating branded documents/imagery.
