A global law firm is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their dynamic Marketing & Business Development team, supporting their largest and most high-profile group: Corporate/Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to build your personal brand across a leading international business, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to a range of global initiatives. The firm’s BD function is one of the most respected in the legal sector, a well‑established and highly regarded team that has seen multiple internal promotions across the group. With a newly promoted team lead at the helm, this role offers the chance to work on exciting new projects and initiatives as the firm continues to grow and strengthen its market reputation.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Assist with pitch responses, credential statements and CVs
  • Maintain resources on the global intranet and master documents
  • Coordinate client events and seminars, including preparing mailing lists and working closely with internal teams
  • Create profile‑raising plans and campaigns for the practice
  • Lead the legal directory submissions
  • Create and update regular marketing collateral, including web content
Beyond your core role, you will have the opportunity to get involved in firmwide initiatives, including:

  • Pro bono and community engagement programmes

The team are looking for someone with relevant BD and Marketing experience, ideally 12 – 18 months within the legal sector. You must be ambitious and be able to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident working with senior stakeholders, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team that values innovation and professional growth.
