About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our EMEA Marketing team. This role is pivotal in helping us understand and improve the performance of our lead generation efforts across multiple brands and business units.

You’ll be responsible for compiling and delivering monthly performance reports to key stakeholders, analysing marketing channel effectiveness, and making actionable recommendations to optimise our digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do
  • Compile and produce monthly performance reports for each business unit, providing insights that can be shared with the stakeholders.
  • Analyse the performance of lead generation channels including:
    • PPC (e.g., Google Ads)
    • SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
    • Social Media (paid and organic)
    • Outbound (Apollo.io, LinkedIn)
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across campaigns and channels.
  • Recommend and support testing strategies to improve channel performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to align reporting with business goals and campaign KPIs.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from marketing and commercial teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or digital performance role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
