Description

As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will:

  • Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors
  • Ensure ADP participants meet and achieve hurdles
  • Lead training and development activities, tools, and routines to enable Advisor Trainee productivity
  • Engage personally with ADP participants requiring additional support
  • Reinforce compliance, supervision, and support risk management for ADP participants
  • Lead pipeline management routines and coach on execution
  • Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships
  • Assist leaders in implementing performance management, goal setting, and reward mechanisms
  • Support market results while adhering to national programs
  • Coach and develop advisor trainees for professional growth and build relationships across the franchise
  • Support sales force expansion and execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Administer sales supervision practices in the market
