Description
As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will:
- Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors
- Ensure ADP participants meet and achieve hurdles
- Lead training and development activities, tools, and routines to enable Advisor Trainee productivity
- Engage personally with ADP participants requiring additional support
- Reinforce compliance, supervision, and support risk management for ADP participants
- Lead pipeline management routines and coach on execution
- Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships
- Assist leaders in implementing performance management, goal setting, and reward mechanisms
- Support market results while adhering to national programs
- Coach and develop advisor trainees for professional growth and build relationships across the franchise
- Support sales force expansion and execute effective recruiting strategies
- Administer sales supervision practices in the market
Responsibilities:
