A leading international technology company is seeking a Market Area Manager for Marine Capital Sales to lead a sales team in the Nordics. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales performance and managerial experience, excellent communication skills, and a high level of digital competence. Experience in the marine industry is a plus. This position allows for location flexibility within the Nordic region.

Working within the Marine Division in the Nordic Sales Company, with its team members being located across the Nordic region, the Market Area Manager for Marine Capital Sales is responsible for leading, managing & developing a team of sales account managers and project engineers, delivering success and growth of our business for capital sales products towards shipyards, system builders, complex retrofit projects and government sales.
The role includes varied responsibilities reflecting Alfa Laval’s wide range of products and solutions.
