A global environmental consultancy is seeking a Marine Survey Manager to lead large-scale offshore survey projects from their office in the United Kingdom. Are you an experienced marine surveyor ready to take the lead on large‑scale offshore projects? Do you enjoy managing teams, shaping strategy and improving the way marine surveys are delivered? We are looking for a Marine Survey Manager to join our Marine BioLabs & Surveys Division – a team known for delivering class‑leading benthic sampling, analysis and offshore fieldwork.
As Marine Survey Manager, you will lead, expand and diversify our survey services, work closely with marine scientists across benthic ecology, fisheries, hydrology, geomorphology and water quality, oversee the planning and safe delivery of large‑scale offshore surveys, manage client relationships, shape business development opportunities and drive innovation across our UK and international survey programmes. You will work closely with Directors, Associate Directors and Principal Consultants to build a thriving, profitable, high‑performing team while supporting APEM Group’s continued global expansion.
