Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions and lamination schedules.
• Prepare moulds and surfaces.
• Measure and mix resins, catalysts, and hardeners accurately.
• Lay up fibreglass materials and apply resin.
• Inspect completed components for quality defects.
