Are you an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader or Supervisor? Would you enjoy working with a highly successful family business? Change the way homes are built in the UK – for the better!

You will be joining a leader in modern housing solutions. This business manufactures its own in‑house construction system, utilised for high quality new build housing. You will be managing the production of structural panels and also various fixtures and fittings for finished houses.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the production process in line with drawings and specifications
  • Monitor, organise and communicate stock levels
  • Manage tool and instrument maintenance, certification and repairs
  • Manage direct reports including probation reviews, PDRs and 1‑to‑1s
  • Responsible for the safe operating of the working shift
