From the whisk(e)y, wine and brewing industries to the clarification of fruit juices and filtration in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, we develop, produce and distribute a wide range of products for all applications. Operating from our facility in Barnoldswick, we supply our products not only across the UK but also over 130 countries through an extensive network of agents and dealers.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and drive a forklift truck (including rotator and clamp) to move powders, pulps, and materials
  • Carry out equipment checks, pre-start inspections, and ensure safe setup of work areas
  • Move and store raw materials from despatch to refiner areas, ensuring correct handling and neat storage
  • Monitor and control the effluent treatment process, including cleaning and unblocking equipment
  • Assist with pulp grinding and provide cover for the grinder operator when required
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards (5S) within all work areas
  • Record data accurately (both digital and written) and follow company operating procedures
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth material flow and seamless handovers
  • Report health, safety, and operational issues promptly to supervisors
  • Support compliance with quality, safety, operational, and environmental policies
