You will lead manufacturing operations on site, working closely with the leadership team to assess current processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements that will drive the business forward. With direct management responsibilities, this is a hands-on leadership role where you\'ll combine strategic oversight with practical problem-solving. The challenge - and the reward - lies in building upon a scalable, efficient, and compliant manufacturing function that can meet ambitious growth plans. This is your chance to make something your own and be part of a transformative journey.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current processes, identify gaps, and introduce semi-automated or fully automated solutions to increase capacity within manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Present clear business cases to C-Suite and investors to support scale-up decisions.
  • Review and implement processes to meet regulatory standards (ideally with experience in ISO 13485/IVDR).
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure efficient day-to-day production.
  • Lead and grow the manufacturing team, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across the business, working closely with product development, quality, and leadership.
  • Champion lean, data-driven processes and explore new tools and systems (experience with Jira a plus).
  • Ensure maintenance & repair of manufacturing equipment

  • Demonstrable success in scaling production and introducing semi-automated or automated processes.
