Responsibilities

• Own TPM/PPM plans, CMMS data, and downtime/OEE improvement.
• Lead & coach a team of 2-6 engineers/technicians.
• Deliver capex, installations and commissioning with suppliers.
• Partner with Production to maintain operation schedules.
