Job summary

A leading manufacturer based in Clevedon is looking for an HR Advisor to join their HR team. The role involves partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to devise effective HR strategies and guiding employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Candidates must have experience in Manufacturing or Logistics environments and possess a CIPD qualification. The position offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 and excellent development opportunities. Qualifications

  • Must have experience in a Manufacturing, Production or Logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of HR & legislative matters is essential.
  • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 is required.
  • Ability to oversee & assist a HR team in a unionised environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop HR strategies.

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
