Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing with lean principles, production methods, and quality knowledge.
• Mechanical assembly skillset.
• Pro-efficient in CAD.
• NPI processes with PFMEA experience.
• Strong problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of KPI's and drive performance improvements.
• Lead corrective actions with teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements across production and subcontract suppliers.
• Oversee CAD drawings, technical documentation, and work instructions.
• Optimize line balancing and production flow to enhance efficiency and support NPI success.
